Ingredients

2 tbsp oat flour

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

¼ tsp baking powder

Pinch salt

3 tbsp plant based milk

1 tbsp nut butter

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp chocolate chips

Method
  1. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. Add oat flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt to a small microwave safe bowl. Mix well until combined

  2. MIX WET INGREDIENTS> Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add the plant milk, nut butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and no lumps are present.

  3. ADD CHOCOLATE. Place some of the chocolate chips in the middle of the batter, reserving a few for topping.

  4. COOK. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until set. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
