½ jalapeño
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
½ lemon
1 tsp salt

Method

BLEND. Add pumpkin seeds, jalapeño, mint, cilantro, lemon, salt, and water to blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
